Server Settings

Last updated: 2/21/2025

The Server Settings page lets you manage your server configuration and preferences. It has three tabs: General, Bot Connection, and Privacy.

The General tab has basic server information: Server Name (required), Server Description (optional), Language (English, Russian, Spanish, French, German), and Timezone (for example UTC, Eastern, Pacific, London, Tokyo). Each field has a short description. Click Save Changes to apply.

The Bot Connection tab is for linking your Discord bot. It shows whether the bot is connected and when it was last seen. You can enter or update the bot token in a password-style field; the token is shown masked with options to reveal or copy. The page links to the Discord Developer Portal where you create and copy the token. Use "Connect Bot" or "Update Token" depending on whether a bot is already connected.

The Privacy tab controls how long data is kept and how it is shared. Data Retention (Days) sets how many days to keep data (1 to 3650); older data is removed automatically. Three switches control: Anonymize User Data (replace usernames and IDs with anonymous identifiers), Share Analytics (allow aggregated anonymized analytics for product improvement), and Allow Public Widgets (allow server stats widgets to be viewed without logging in). Each option has a short explanation. Click Save Changes to save. On desktop the tabs are in a tab bar; on mobile use the dropdown. If you do not have permission to change settings, the fields and buttons are read-only.
