About the Service

Server Ninja is a Discord bot and web dashboard that provides analytics, moderation tools, and community engagement features for Discord servers.

Server Ninja is free to use. Core features will remain free forever. Premium features may be introduced in the future, but fundamental functionality will never be moved behind a paywall.

Eligibility

To use Server Ninja you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required to use Discord in your country).
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Be a server owner or administrator with permission to add bots to the server.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Server Ninja to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or our systems.
• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute Server Ninja's code or dashboard without permission.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Server Ninja available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, introduce updates, or temporarily suspend the service.

We reserve the right to remove Server Ninja from any server that violates these Terms or Discord's own policies.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Server Ninja after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify server administrators of significant changes.
