Terms of Service

These Terms of Service cover Server Ninja and Ticket Ninja, the Discord bots and dashboards operated by the Server Ninja team. By adding either bot to your Discord server or using our dashboards, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

About the Service

Server Ninja is a Discord bot and web dashboard that provides analytics, moderation tools, and community engagement features for Discord servers.

Analytics and moderation features may process message content as described in our Privacy Policy.

Server Ninja is free to use. Core features will remain free forever. Premium features may be introduced in the future, but fundamental functionality will never be moved behind a paywall.

Ticket Ninja

Ticket Ninja is a support-ticket bot. Members open tickets from a panel; the bot creates a private ticket channel for the member and the server's staff, and staff can claim, transfer, and close tickets.

When transcript archiving is enabled (it is on by default), Ticket Ninja stores the messages sent in ticket channels so staff can review tickets after they are closed. Server administrators are responsible for telling their members that ticket conversations are recorded, and can turn archiving off in the Ticket Ninja settings.

Eligibility

To use Server Ninja you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required to use Discord in your country).
  • Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Be a server owner or administrator with permission to add bots to the server.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Server Ninja to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or our systems.
  • Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute Server Ninja's code or dashboard without permission.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Server Ninja available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, introduce updates, or temporarily suspend the service.

We reserve the right to remove Server Ninja from any server that violates these Terms or Discord's own policies.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Server Ninja after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify server administrators of significant changes.
