What Data We Collect

Server Ninja collects only the data necessary to provide its features. This includes:

• Server metadata: server ID, server name, member count, channel names and IDs, role names and IDs.
• Member activity data: message counts per channel (not message content), voice channel activity durations, reaction counts.
• Moderation data: records of moderation actions taken through Server Ninja (e.g. bans, kicks, warnings) including the moderator's user ID and timestamp.
• Bot configuration: settings and preferences you configure in the dashboard.

What We Do NOT Collect

We are committed to minimal data collection. We do not collect or store:

• Message content — we never read or store the text of messages sent in your server.
• Direct messages or private channels.
• Passwords or payment information.
• Personal identification information beyond Discord user IDs.

How We Use Your Data

Data collected by Server Ninja is used exclusively to:

• Provide and improve the bot's features (analytics, moderation logs, etc.).
• Display information in the Server Ninja dashboard.
• Diagnose technical issues and maintain service stability.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

Server Ninja uses the Discord API to function. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We may also rely on hosting providers, database services, monitoring and logging tools, and other infrastructure vendors to operate the service. Those providers process data only as needed to deliver Server Ninja and are bound by appropriate contractual safeguards.

Data Retention

We retain server and activity data for as long as Server Ninja remains in your server. If you remove Server Ninja from your server, your server's data will be deleted within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

User-level data (such as engagement scores) associated with a specific user may be retained for up to 30 days after a user leaves a server.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — you may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data.
• Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to restriction — you may request that we limit how we process your data.

Data Security

Server Ninja is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify server administrators of significant changes by posting an update in our support server or on our website. Continued use of Server Ninja after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
